These projects include aged care facilities, nursing homes and retirement villages, totalling just under 9.22 billion NZD. Retirement villages account for most of these projects.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Over half of these projects (78) are currently at the Design &amp; Documentation stage of construction, with plans being submitted or awaiting approval.
