Mengenai<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

BCI Forecaster ialah penunjuk bulanan utama bagi nilai kontrak pembinaan yang melanda pasaran dalam tempoh tiga bulan akan datang. Nilai permulaan pembinaan dibentangkan di seluruh Australia, dipecahkan mengikut pembinaan sivil dan bangunan serta oleh lima negeri utama dan enam sektor\/kategori projek bangunan utama.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ramalan jangka pendek digambarkan dengan membezakan tinjauan segera tiga bulan berbanding tiga bulan sebelumnya. Aliran jangka panjang ditunjukkan dengan membezakan nilai permulaan pembinaan dua belas bulan, berakhir tiga bulan, berbanding tempoh 12 bulan yang sepadan setahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

BCI Forecaster ialah alat perancangan jangka pendek yang sangat diperlukan, membenarkan pembuat keputusan untuk menetapkan matlamat dan parameter yang realistik untuk pasukan jualan dan operasi mereka.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Data adalah berdasarkan projek yang dilaporkan setiap hari oleh pangkalan data petunjuk projek masa nyata BCI Central, LeadManager.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Tinjauan<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Selepas berbulan-bulan dikurung, beberapa sekatan dijangka dilonggarkan di Victoria apabila negeri itu mencapai 80 peratus tanda vaksinasi dos pertama. Walaupun begitu, negeri ini masih bergelut dengan lonjakan jangkitan Covid-19, menyebabkan beberapa kawasan dikurung semula. Bantahan terhadap vaksinasi mandatori untuk pekerja binaan dan kebimbangan mengenai penularan dalam industri menyebabkan penutupan tapak pembinaan selama dua minggu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Sementara itu, rancangan untuk menarik balik sekatan di Sydney mungkin dilakukan pada awal Oktober sebaik sahaja sasaran vaksinasi dicapai. Dalam keadaan membangun ini, terdapat turun naik jangka pendek dalam nilai permulaan pembinaan, termasuk kejatuhan dalam anggaran September sebelumnya. Walau bagaimanapun, aliran 12-MMA kekal perlahan-lahan dan terus meningkat.<\/p>\r\n

Permulaan sektor pembinaan dilihat semakin kukuh pada suku akan datang, berbanding dengan edisi lepas, hasil daripada permulaan projek yang dijadualkan pada Oktober dan Disember. Pembangunan kediaman dilihat jatuh dalam jangka pendek. Walaupun keadaan pinjaman yang menggalakkan dilihat dapat dikekalkan untuk tempoh yang lebih lama, ketidaktentuan ekonomi serta kekangan terhadap industri pembinaan sedang bermain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Kategori komuniti memecah ketenangan dengan projek kesihatan utama seperti The Canberra Hospital Expansion (Formerly Spire) (PID 137567017) bernilai sekitar AU$500 juta, AU$740 juta Pembangunan Semula Hospital Liverpool (PID 216031017), dan Pusat Kuarantin WA untuk Kemudahan Ketahanan Nasional (PID 239352017) dengan jumlah anggaran nilai projek sebanyak AU$400 juta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Walaupun sektor pendidikan dan pejabat terus menurun, sektor peruncitan dan hospitaliti semakin meningkat dalam momentum.<\/p>\r\n

Pertumbuhan berterusan dalam pelaburan awam menunjukkan rangsangan dalam perbelanjaan untuk pembangunan sivil oleh kerajaan negara, negeri dan tempatan. Kepantasan itu terus meningkat dalam sektor awam di mana prospek dilihat merentas projek infrastruktur, pengangkutan dan utiliti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Kami melaporkan persiapan untuk Sydney Metro West TSE Works Package 1 (PID 256709017) di Sydney, dan memulakan kerja-kerja awal untuk Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 (PID 192138017) di bawah segmen pengangkutan.
