The muted economic growth continues to cast a shadow in the economy. In particular, confidence weakened the most in manufacturing, transport, utilities and construction, including wholesale, recreation and personal services.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Meanwhile, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) released the May inflation rate at 4% which was higher than anticipated, ahead of market forecasts.
