The search field customisation means I can dig down into multiple categories of projects to identify, track and peruse opportunities. The Research Enquiry feature has been a game changer, with a response time typically within 24 hours which saves us having to make endless phone calls chasing down information. Lastly, and arguably most importantly... Unlike our previous platform, I can call someone who directly looks after our account and can take the time to run through any queries pretty much instantly. Now we have made the full transition to BCI LeadManager, we couldn't go back. The easy navigation and additional features are a no brainer.
