Residential commencements more than doubled from the previous year in both value and number of projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite ongoing economic pressures, the focus is increasingly on delivering high-value, technically complex projects rather than sheer volume.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading the League is a firm that secured over $3.4 billion in project commencements across just 11 projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In second place, another key player initiated 72 projects valued at just over $3 billion, further cementing its reputation for sustainable, complex developments.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other top performers include firms that have maintained solid project pipelines, particularly in metropolitan areas where demand for healthcare, education, and premium commercial and residential spaces remains strong.
