As a small team, we all <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun AdvancedProofingIssueV2Themed SCXW163216330 BCX0\">have to<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW163216330 BCX0\"> pull together, and I took on many roles like QA and Analyst to see our next gen redevelopment of our supplier <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW163216330 BCX0\">portals <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW163216330 BCX0\">rollout. So that was quite an achievement. However, I do like to start my day with a walk to<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\"> my <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW141499972 BCX0\">NS<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW141499972 BCX0\">avoodle<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\"> Stanley&#8217;s<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\"> happy place, which is the beach nearby where I live. If I get out of bed early enough, it includes a stop for coffee at the beach kiosk, so I <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">generally don&#8217;t<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\"> start work until around 10 <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">o\u2019clock <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">New Zealand time, which is <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">8 o\u2019clock <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">Australian time, due to working mostly with Australian clients<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">So,<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\">there&#8217;s<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW141499972 BCX0\"> no waking up with alarms for me, which is great.
