The rebound is emphasized in the civil sector, where the quarterly change is at 19% and the annual comparison has reached more than 60%. In contrast, QLD\u2019s performance is declining, brought about by a sudden drop in civil values. Overall, NSW remains the biggest contributor in terms of project values and project numbers.
