For the past nine quarters all projects at Concept or Design &amp; Documentation stage were extracted from the database by publishing date. Only new projects in Australia (projects reported for the first time) are included. Meanwhile, business conditions are showing resilience at an above average rate of +9 index points, which reflects an improvement in the construction sector.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Early-stage projects for the quarter rebounded thanks to the major developments from the civil sector in terms of categories.
