The latest report highlights key market trends, emerging opportunities and the stakeholders driving the region\u2019s construction pipeline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report, powered by LeadManager<\/a> \u548c Analytix<\/a>, offers a detailed breakdown of active commercial and hospitality projects across key markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It provides insights into total project numbers and values, construction stages and region-specific data, along with top industry stakeholders such as developers, architects and main contractors. The report also highlights noteworthy projects shaping the industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sector on the move<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In February, BCI reported almost 18,000 active commercial and hospitality projects across the Asia Pacific region. From large-scale developments in Australia and New Zealand to high-value investments across Southeast Asia, this extensive pipeline highlights the strength and diversity of the sector. 
 
In Australia, thousands of projects are in the works, contributing to a multi-billion-dollar sector, while New Zealand presents a more focused market with a lower number of projects but a steady flow of investment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hong Kong\u2019s commercial and hospitality scene is defined by high-value projects, showcasing a concentrated market with premium developments. Meanwhile, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam each bring unique dynamics to the region, with varying project scales and investment levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction trends across key markets<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Asia Pacific\u2019s Commercial & Hospitality sector shows varied investment trends. Almost a third of Australia\u2019s total project value can be attributed to a relatively small number of projects at the Concept stage. A similar story can be seen in Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, where a smaller number of high-value projects are in the early stages of development. On the other hand, Singapore has a small number of high-value projects currently under construction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The majority of Hong Kong and Vietnam\u2019s projects, both in number and value, are in their infancy at the Concept stage. New Zealand is heavily focused on projects at the Design & Documentation stage, while Indonesia sees a relatively even spread of projects across the development pipeline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
