The BCI Asia Awards 

The annual BCI Asia Awards, established in 2005, are held in seven key Asian markets, namely Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. The awards include the Top 10 Architects and Top 10 Developers, as well as the FuturArc Prize and BCI Asia Interior Design Awards, all of which aim to celebrate innovation and sustainability in building design.  

Top 10 Developers Awards 

The Top 10 Developers are awarded to those developers who have the highest cumulative value of active projects during the preceding calendar year, with due consideration given to the sustainability efforts and confirmed green building ratings associated with each development.  

This award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions made by these developers towards sustainable and environmentally conscious building practices.
