The BCI Asia Awards
The BCI Asia Awards, established in 2005, acknowledge the top architects and developers in the building and design industry across seven Asian markets: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. These prestigious awards, including the Top 10 Architects, Top 10 Developers, FuturArc Prize, and the BCI Asia Interior Design Awards, aim to celebrate and promote innovative and sustainable designs for the advancement of our built environment.
Top 10 Architects Awards
The Top 10 Architects awards honour architecture firms that have the highest combined value of projects in the previous calendar year, considering their commitment to sustainability and verified green building ratings.
This criterion also acknowledges early-stage green design efforts by including pre-tender projects. BCI also places emphasis on industrial, office and hotel projects, awarding them a higher rating. Furthermore, a project can receive recognition twice during its lifespan, once during the tender stage and again when the main contract is awarded in the following year.
